Guides
The detailed guides live inside Rentiqly, next to the screens they describe, and are being published here one by one. Until a guide is online, ask us and we'll send it, or walk you through it on a call: [contact email].
- Availability, buffers and holds. How the engine counts free units, what a cleaning buffer does, and how holds keep a unit while a customer pays.
- Bundles and kits. Selling several items as one, and why a kit is only available when every part is.
- Deposits and returns. Card holds, cash deposits, checklists, condition photos and damage fees.
- Rent-to-buy. Credit rules, converting at the counter, and paying the balance online.
- Deliveries and locations. Zones, time windows, driver runs and stock per location.
- Your team and roles. Inviting people, the five roles, two-factor sign-in and single sign-on.
- Reports and exports. What each report shows and how to export anything to CSV.
- Embedding and the API. The booking widget for your website, and the headless storefront API.
Developers
Rentiqly has a public storefront API (catalogue, availability, holds, checkout) and, on Pro, a staff API with webhooks. The API reference is available on request while it moves to this site.
